Location
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, KURZĘTNIK does not sell, rent, or share such data with third parties.

Network Connectivity
If the app is used with an active internet connection, ordinary technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of normal network communication. KURZĘTNIK does not retain this data for tracking or profiling.

Data Retention
KURZĘTNIK does not retain personal data collected through normal use of Checklist Bliss because the Application is not designed to collect or upload personal information to KURZĘTNIK servers.

Data Deletion
Because KURZĘTNIK does not keep personal data from normal use of Checklist Bliss on its servers, there is normally no server-side personal data to delete. If you uninstall the Application, information stored locally by your device as part of the app installation is removed according to your device and operating-system behavior.
If you voluntarily send information to KURZĘTNIK by email or another direct communication channel, you can request deletion by contacting [email protected].

Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. KURZĘTNIK does not knowingly solicit personal data from children through normal app use.

Since Checklist Bliss does not collect personal information through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data is limited. KURZĘTNIK nevertheless applies reasonable safeguards to systems and information it controls.
